Recovering Origins is a three day retreat at the Catholic Center of New York University. It invites participants to move through the broken image of love that appeared to them in their parents’ divorce to their deepest origin and identity as God’s beloved. The retreat gives participants a greater understanding of the wound of divorce and the ways it affects their lives as well as offers advice about the difficulties concerning love and trust of others. The retreat begins on Friday, June 21 at 7:00 P.M. and ends on Sunday, June 23 at 3:30 P.M. Cost per individual is $150 (includes several meals and all materials) and space is limited. Please note that this is a "commuter retreat" and that there is no overnight lodging, but lodging in the area is available at many local hotels. Must be 18 or older to attend.
